Pressure Fog® Atomization Humidifier

Pressure Fog® is Armstrong’s most efficient high pressure atomizing humidification solution. Pressure Fog® efficiently produces a rich fog to raise relative humidity without the need of an air compressor, keeping energy costs low and environments cool. Pressure Fog® is a humidifying system that is ideal for applications that require high water volume with minimum energy use.

PressureFog® high pressure atomizer boosts the pressure of softened or purified tap water to 5-7 MPa with a plunger pump. The pressurized water is then sent through pipelines to specific nozzles, where it is atomized by fast swirling and sprayed to air in 5-15μm fog particles. The super fine fog particles absorb heat from ambient air and convert themselves from liquid state to vapor, resulting in increased air relative humidity (RH) and decreased air temperature. The humidification is an adiabatic process. PressureFog® atomization system can produce vast amount of fog particles without compressed air to raise air RH and cool down environment, as well as save energy cost.

 

PressureFog®高压微雾加湿器

PressureFog®高压微雾加湿器利用高压柱塞泵将经过净化或软化处理的普通自来水,加压至5-7MPa,通过管路输送到特制喷头,在喷头内高速旋转雾化,并以5-15µm的超微雾粒子喷射到空气中。超微雾粒子在空气中吸收热量,由液态汽化为气态,使空气湿度得到增大,并使空气温度降低,整个加湿过程为等焓过程。PressureFog®不需要压缩空气即可产生大量水雾提高空气相对湿度,既能保持环境凉爽,又能节省能源费用。
