Hose Station Accessories

To support and complement our core hose station products, Armstrong offers a full range of performance-matched accessories such as washdown hoses, hose reels, hose racks, and spray nozzles.

Washdown Hose

Armstrong’s heavy duty “safety yellow” washdown hose is designed to withstand the intensities of the industrial environment. Washdown hoses are supplied as standard in 25 ft (7.6 m) and 50 ft (15.2 m) lengths, with custom lengths available.

Hose Reels

Red spring-retractable hose reels are suitable for use with all Armstrong hose station assemblies. Hose reels can store up to 75 ft (22.8 m) of ¾” (20mm) washdown hose. Hose reels can be provided fully assembled with a washdown hose (purchased separately), an adjustable hose bumper stop to maintain the desired length of hose outside the reel, and 4 ft (1.2 m) of flexible adapter hose for easy connection to a water source. Stainless steel hose reels are also available (SS).

Hose Racks

The heavy-duty, polished stainless steel (Type 304) satellite hose rack is constructed with integral mounting brackets for easy mounting in a location remote to the mixing valve or hot/cold water source. Model 041R is a replacement hose rack for Steamix® and Armstrong Hot and Cold Water Hose Stations.

Spray Nozzles

Armstrong offers a traditional rubber-cushioned rear trigger nozzle (suggested for washdown applications below 140°F / 60°C). Additionally, a new and improved ergonomic model with advanced safety features is available and is suitable for washdown applications up to 200°F (93°C).

Ball-Type Flow Indicators

Flow indicators are designed to monitor gas, air, oil, water, and other liquids at both maximum and minimum flow rates. The action is simple and highly visible. When a liquid flows through the valve, a white ball oscillates in the dome. If the flow stops, the ball drops out of sight. The movement of the ball cannot be missed, even in poorly lit areas and over significant distances. With only one moving part – the ball – virtually nothing can go wrong.
