The Digital Mixing Center with Armstrong Nanobubble Generator (DMC-ANG) is designed to be used as the main water temperature controller for recirculating hot water systems. The DMC is equipped with The Brain® digital recirculation valve and nanobubble generator.

Designed specifically for continuously recirculating hot water systems, The Brain® improves system performance and safety by delivering consistent, preset temperatures to the point of use.

Innovative digital technology combats “temperature creep” when system demand is zero, eliminating the need for manual throttle valves, auxiliary RTDs or thermostatic switches to control pumps.

The Brain® is able to operate with system return temperature differentials as low as 1°F below set point, resulting in an energy efficient, low temperature loss system.

Maintain user safety and overall system health with a range of programmable temperature alarms, online operational self-diagnostics and high temperature sterilization options.

The Nanobubble Generator within the DMC-ANG package has both anti-scaling and descaling capabilities, making it a proven solution for preventing and descaling in your hot water system. This patented technology has no moving parts, requires no maintenance or additional electricity input, and uses no chemicals. The Nanobubble Generator significantly reduces scale, thereby improving the overall health of your hot water system, increasing operating efficiency, and reducing your carbon footprint.

The DMC-ANG is a complete preassembled unit with five connection ports to simplify installation. The DMC unit includes isolation valves, non-return valves and filters, thermometers and pressure gauges.

As a key component of a water safety management program, optional SAGE® software monitors, records and archives data. SAGE® works with a variety of building automation system protocols, or users can use SAGE® on a mobile device using a subscription service.
