DLO™ Series General Service Globe Control Valve
Compact and designed for easy maintenance, DLO™ Series (S)-2 cage-retained control valves offer general purpose control of clean, dirty, viscous or corrosive liquids, and medium pressure clean or dirty steam and gas service.
K-Max™ Control Valve
K-Max™ Eccentric Plug Rotary Globe Valves feature eccentric rotary plug action, bi-directional flow capability, economical design, rangeability, self-aligning orbital seat and an extraordinary flow control capacity.
DSE Series Heavy Duty Globe Valve
Heavy duties control valve with enhanced severe service design, improved flow capacity and easy maintenance.
DOS and DOT Control Valves Obsolescence and Replacement Guide
DOS and DOT Series Control Valves are no longer produced, however, Armstrong does provide new valve sales, engineering, aftermarket and spare parts support. While non-OEM parts may offer an initial price advantage, using them can result in unplanned downtime, premature failure, and higher ownership costs because they often lack the precision engineering, material integrity, and required compliance for critical applications.

Actuation
| Product Type | Sizes | Description | Features | Material | Pressure |
| D-Boy™, DLO™ Spring and Diaphragm Series Actuators | 35, 55, 85, 135 | Armstrong spring and diaphragm actuators are rugged, high-thrust units with flanged yoke to bonnet connections for simple maintenance and better access to stem packing. These control valve workhorses have been proven and perfected during nearly 40 years of in-service usage. Available in the following sizes: 35 in (890 mm), 55 in (1,400 mm), 85 in (2,160 mm), and 135 in (3,430 mm). | Compact with strength to deliver quick, accurate control. Rugged cast iron or aluminum yoke with steel covers for long, trouble-free service. | Aluminum, Cast Iron | Max air pressure 60 |
| AEROFLOW® Magnum Series Piston Actuator | 6, 10, 13, 16, 20 | Magnum Series piston actuators use low volume and long stroke to maximize bleed and feed rates. Externally mounted spring return modules minimize residual volume and maximize speed of response. The High-Capacity Smart positioners we use, provides ultra-fast, stable response using internal XL air supply conduits suitable also for large piston actuators. Our positioner supplies a digitally controlled pneumatic output and Pro-Diagnostics can be requested to provide extremely precise and high performances of the system against super-critical duties. | Higher working thrust capability, severe service actuation line, long stroke to 7 in (180 mm) or greater, reverse option with double-acting spring return, manual override AEROFLOW® control valve with 6 in (150 mm) Magnum actuator, stroke speed can exceed 3 in (75 mm) per second. | Aluminum, Cast Iron | Max air pressure 150 |
| FLY-GS, FLY, DSE, AEROFLOW® MS Spring and Diaphragm Series Actuators | 22, 29, 37, 44, 44L | Armstrong MS Multi-Spring actuators have been designed for the most demanding applications in Oil & Gas and Power market and beyond. Made of steel materials with several spring ranges to optimize the air consumption and obtaining the necessary thrust for each application. | Heavy-Duty Multi Spring actuators with extended stroke range from 5/8 in (16 mm) to 4 in (102 mm). Designed with NAMUR cast yoke for Universal accessories installation and Lateral Handwheel as recommended in the most severe environments. | Steel, Stainless Steel, Cast Iron yoke | Max air pressure 62 |
